Terms of Service
By using Sniploom ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. The Service
Sniploom provides image tools. The free tools run in your browser. Some Pro features run on our servers and are offered as paid, pay-as-you-go or subscription features.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on images you own or have the right to edit. You may not use the Service to infringe others' intellectual property, remove watermarks or copyright notices you have no right to remove, create misleading or deceptive media, or process illegal, harmful or infringing content.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the images you process. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the results.
4. Paid features & billing
Sniploom and ListingPilot paid features may be billed through Creem as merchant of record. SellerPilot subscriptions are billed through Shopify Billing. Pricing is shown clearly before purchase, and subscriptions are subject to the terms shown at checkout.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI results may be imperfect and are provided for your review. We do not guarantee any particular output quality or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sniploom is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. SellerPilot merchant service
SellerPilot is a read-only operations dashboard for merchants who connect an authorized Shopify store. By connecting a store, the merchant authorizes us to process the minimum product, inventory and order information described in our Privacy Policy solely to provide the dashboard. The merchant remains responsible for its store, customer notices and lawful use of Shopify data. SellerPilot does not place orders, change inventory, contact customers or make legally significant automated decisions.
8. ListingPilot pilot delivery
The Marketplace Feed Doctor accepts non-confidential supplier CSV files within the row limit shown for each service. Paid orders include an automatic structural validation report after confirmed payment. Human Rescue ($29), Complex Variant Rescue ($79), and Agency ($49/month) add the review scope shown at checkout. You remain responsible for reviewing all fields before importing or publishing them.
9. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
